The h15 house

The h15 house is located in a 700m² plot near the sea in Lagonisi. The house area is 260m². The house has A+ ENERGY CLASS. It uses its bioclimatic design and some eco technologies like geothermal energy, solar panel and rain water collecting systems in order to save energy. The dynamic form of the residence also works as a bioclimatic parameter as it protects from the north winds blow strong in this area and also uses with efficiency the sun. The h15 will use eco-friendly materials and the interior furniture within the house will be designed according to the needs of the owner.
